It's October 2015, I know that it has been a while, but customer service to s very analytical. So allow me to give you an acronym that I found for SERVICE. S- support, E - evaluate, R - resolve, V- verify, I- inform, C- contact, E- educate.
I hope this helps you or maybe give you a better perspective.
