catch up day - printers & scanners

G-O-O-D   M-O-R-N-I-N-G  EVERYBODY IT'S FRIDAY !!  (TGIF)

And catch up day on the repair bench.  It's been our first full week and much was done, but there's much more to do.  Another multitask day on products and providing phone support. Epson, Panini, Digital Check and Burroughs to name only a few.  There's needed repairs to be done and there are refurbish units customers have bought and we need to get to them.  My job is internal support for sales and CSRs, then external support to our customers.  It's a verbal and mental thing.  Along with that is the physical and analytical responsibilities on the bench.  My eyes need to see, my ears need to hear and my hands need to touch / handle the products that are before me.  I will have to adapt / adjust to the need.  Change then charge !!   BUT products, providing help and professionalism is what we are all about, so give us call 1-800-554-5482  for your financial equipment needs or see benchmarkmarktechnologygroup.com .
