Catch-up Friday 121116

Catch-up Friday, another week of working on check scanners, teller printers and tech support phone calls.  A screwdriver in one hand ( uh, not the drink!!) and a telephone in the other hand (or ear).  We like to send all repair calls through an actual tech to help the customer fix the product on the over the phone.  This of course, saves a shipping cost and adds life to the unit which limits down time.  And that's one of many services we do at Benchmark Technology Group.  We sale, service and support Digital Checks, Epsons, Wincors, Burroughs/Unisys, just to name a few and many others, please see Website, benchmarktechnologygroup,com or call 800.554.4582.
